ATTENTION! New phishing email in the name of coeo Incasso

Are you unsure? Please contact us.

coeo Incasso has been informed by vigilant consumers that on 27 August 2025 several fake emails (“phishing emails”) were sent out in our name. The fraudsters pretend to be our office and ask you to contact them in order to pay a debt.

The phishing emails do not resemble our official messages. However, our name and address details are being used. The debt collector mentioned – in most examples a certain ‘Brenda Boers’ – is not employed at our office.

The easiest way to check whether you have received a fraudulent email is to verify the sender:

  • The phishing emails appear to be sent from an address ending in @deb-collecteren.com.

  • Genuine payment reminders from us are always sent from @coeo-incasso.nl.

Opened a fraudulent email? Do not respond!
Besides the incorrect email address, you can recognise these fake emails because they do not contain any buttons allowing you to easily contact us to settle a debt. Our genuine emails always contain such elements.

The only way these fraudsters want to communicate with you is by replying to their email. Do not do this.

Are you unsure whether the email you received really comes from our office?
Please contact us by phone at 010 – 414 54 44 or by email at info@coeo-incasso.nl.
